An iconic scene from 2001 A Space Odyssey. I built this to pay homage to a film that has become a milestone in the history of science fiction films. What better opportunity given that with LEGO you have endless possibilities. Its potential as a LEGO set is not in the particularity or difficult to build it. Its potential is that it has very few pieces to make it, and consequently it can be put up for sale at a truly negligible price. And if a set is cheap ... eh, eh ... potentially has more market :)
