Help your fellow builder by leaving your feedback based on these three criteria:
- Originality: How original is this - never seen before?
- Building Techniques: How much skill do you think the creator of this MOC has, in terms of building technique?
- Details: Express how much you like the details of the build.
Your feedback is only shown to the creator as well as yourself. It is not available for other users to see. The creator won't see your user name.
This is my attempt at recreating a tiny green house, like the ones you sometimes see in allotments. Inside it is an orange tree growing on a slight slant leaving just enough room for a minifigure to squeeze inside. As you can see in the pictures, the roof is removable to give a better view of the interior. The whole model is on a green base with a few plants and weeds growing on it.
This makes for a great desk model and it would also be the perfect addition to your LEGO house or modular building.
I challenged myself to use some uncommon parts in unusual ways. I used four train window pieces (white window 2 x 6 x 2 train) in the walls and two boat window pieces (white windscreen 2 x 8 x 2 inverted) for the roof.
The orange tree was created using a similar technique as the one used to create the tree in front of the Creator Expert Big Ben. It uses green bouquets onto which I have attached some orange technic balls to represent the oranges.
I haven't come up with a minifigure for this set. However, on the final picture I have shown a Mars Mission miner minifigure for scale. Feel free to let me know in the comments if you have any ideas about a minifigure for this set.
This model measures 6.3 x 9.5 x 8.0 cm (2.5 x 3.7 x 3.1 inches).
