This is my recreation of the iconic BR Class 55 Deltic in the two-tone green livery. These diesels operated in the United Kingdom on the East Coast Mainline in the 60s and 70s. There were 22 built in total and were operated originally in this two-tone green livery before being repainted into the BR blue in 1966.
The model is 8 wide which is necessary to get the roof details which one of the images is focused on. Currently i have not managed to incorporate power functions into it so it is a push along. I have included a good level of detail on the roof, driver cabs and underneath the loco.
