Modular Townhouse and Shop

This is my latest creation: the Modular Townhouse and Shop. This 2136 piece model consists of a 3 storey townhouse accompanied by a single storey bag shop with a 2 storey apartment above it. Often modulars have extravagant exteriors packed with wording, signage and other materials, so to get a bit more of a realistic feel to your city, I have created these two buildings that have simple (but not basic) exteriors.

Townhouse (Tan Building)

Bag Shop and Apartment (White Building)

• Steps to elevated ground floor

• Large front shop window
• Steps with hand rail leading down to back 

Interior

• Counter
• Shelves and storage for bags
• Door leading to stairs for apartment 

1st Floor

• Mini kitchen with storage and cooking area
• Table and chairs
• Shelves 

2nd Floor

• Bed
• Storage drawers and cupboards
• Table and lamp 

In general, this model consists of completely decorated interiors and of suitable home and living environments. Current modulars such as the pet shop, are not completely furnished on the inside, so I chose to specifically make it so this model had all necessary interior features and exterior design that can be expected from any modular.
