Presenting The Red and White Spacemen Brickheadz!
I built this model because I love Classic Space and I thought the classic spacemen deserved a tribute in Brickheadz form.
Lego Classic Space sets were launched in 1978. Only red and white spacemen were availible in the first sets. The yellow spaceman first appeared in 1979. The blue and black spacemen joined the team in 1984. The minifigures and the sets are still fondly remembered by AFOLs today.
This is my first Lego Ideas Project designed on Stud.io.
Each spaceman measures 6 studs wide and 10 bricks tall including the stand.
The overall piece count is 218.
