This is a Naga, a dragon of the Hinduistic culture. According to Wikipedia, it is said that the more heads they have, the higher their rank, so you can say that this is the lowest of the low amongst the Naga. So you can imagine why he would want respect.
In this set, the poisonous dragon has come upon two unfortunate travelers. The set is composed of 1648 pieces, but I'm sure the LEGO company can minimize it. I just like the shear size.
