This is a Speed Champions style model of a Lotus Elan. I made this because I am a fan of both Speed Champions and British sports cars. I think that this would make a great set, because LEGO has never made one of these before and I think it is a pretty cool car.
The model is six studs wide and twenty studs long, but it is intended to go with the new 8 stud wide Speed Champions sets because the real car is small when compared with other sports cars. The minifigure does car restorations and this is his latest work.
