A bireme is an ancient oared ship with two decks of oars, probably invented by the Phoenicians. Long vessels built for military purposes had relatively high speed, meticulous construction, strength, and depending on the number of rows of oars, were called uniremes, biremes, triremes, quadriremes, etc

Building this model is educational because it leads us to Ancient Greece. It was thanks to these ships for which the Greek civilization and commerce in the Mediterranean was developed. Represent an important milestone in  History.

This project is not intended to be an exact reproduction of a bireme, but a toy, as children learn by playing. I have focused on the main lines of the boat.

The oars can be moved up and down. Number of bricks:777
I hope you like it!
