The Christmas train is usually made of wood, but why not of LEGO, for this set I made a replica of the famous 4-4-0 (American). It features a Loc, a tender, a passenger car and a caboose. For the other 11 months of the year it's easily converted to a regular train. The passenger car is home of Santa, with a cosy fireplace. The caboose is the workshop of the elf! The snowman is a bonus build, made possible if all the characters (machinist, Santa, the kid, the gentleman, the woman and the elf) are combined correctly.
