Hero Factory: Makuhero City Assembely Tower

The Hero Factory is under siege by the evil forces of the Villain Factory drones! You can contain these foolish fiends by constructing the Makuhero City Assembly Tower, and build some of Hero Factory's toughest criminal-capturing Heroes! Launch the Hero Factory Dropship for an aerial attack, and catch the crooks!

I built this stunning model to commemorate and represent a great bygone Lego theme, Hero Factory. The valiant heroes would go after and seek out any dangerous individuals, and bring them to justice. Within the build I tried to encapsulate the scope of the Assembly tower building from various marketing material used to advertise the beloved franchise. The Assembly station includes submodels of robotic arms, used to construct the titular heroes, and add additional armor, as seen in tie-in media, I.E. televisied materials, comic books, etc. Another submodel is used to capture the villainous ne'erdowells, and can be compared to a holding cell of sorts. I based these drone like characters after concepts created for the series by Christian Faber. A training simulator area is included above the Assembly tower, so that the heroes can train for dangerous missions against their most unpredictable foes. And when it's time to lift off for battle, a hero can jump in a nifty little aircraft vehicle, the awesome Hero Factory Dropship!

Included are the Minifigures Preston Stormer, William furno, Mark Surge, and 3 nefarious Villain Factory Grunts.

I'm very passionate about this theme, an all time great product line that has an easily diegestible story. It's a real winner of a franchise! Christian Faber made a lot of intersting concepts and created an interesting world where anyone can design a hero (Or villain) that is relevant to the official story.
