The next time you need a newspaper get it from the Yorkie office. On the outside you will find two kids having a little miniature soccer game. You will also see a parked Jeep nearby. Notice the air conditioner unit on the side of the building to keep things cool inside. The roofs are easy to lift off of each other because it has some compatible pieces and some smooth tile pieces that way you can see inside both floors and the rooftop garden. The first story has fancy desks and a vending machine one person is eating lunch. The second story has similar furnishings. Please note someone is watering the flower bed on the roof. And don't forget to sit in the shade of the tree out front and enjoy your newspaper hot off the press.
