Hello everybody , my name is David and I would lien to thank you very much for the opportunity to give you a look at my Lego idea. So what is it? The brick factory is a set that shows Lego fans all over the world, that from the tiniest plastic granules, to the wonderful colours, that all comes from the smallest ideas, and a sprinkle of imagination and last but not least the dedicated families and colleagues at the brick faculty that all combine together to create a wonderful product, that is made to be sent out all over the world to people and mini figures alike of all ages to share with family and friends. So why did I build it? The Lego brick factory has been an idea of mine for roughly the last 8 years. The set that I created is in some ways nice to relate to the wonderful sets that come out of the brick factory and how they are brought from the smallest idea on to paper and then turned into a product of splender and imagination, so you can build and learn with your family and friends. I also wanted to show the moulding machine that creates the bricks down to the robots that distribute the bricks around the factory floor that are always there to help the brick team to create the products that we have come to know and love. Why did I believe it would make a good set? I tried to put into brick from a way in how to relate where this wonderful product starts off from and brick by brick learn how Lego sets are created and produced so for the first time you can create your very own brick sets with the help of the brick staff you can think up your next big set and sent it out to all the Lego town shops so they can be displayed and bought by minifigs so they van bring home their very own Lego sets and they can build their own magical boxes of wonder in the ever expanding world of Lego. Now I would like to describe the set in more detail. The mail box is full of letters for the brick factory and at the side there are thinkers and the doers that are thinking up more great ideas while the robots help them out bringing the bricks to the packing department. There may be a small spill in one of the silos on the roof but that’s nothing that can’t be fixed by the dedicated team. The moulding machine is busy creating bricks for the many wonderful sets. There are solar panels at the side which generate the electricity in the brick factory, there’s also a bus stop for the workers to get to and from work. There are pallets of goods in the brick factory also. Once again I would like to thank you very much for your time and patience and for allowing me to share my Lego idea with you today.
