European Christmas Market
Living in Germany, well, Europe in general is an awesome experience! This is especially true during the weeks leading up to Christmas, the Advent season. During this season, larger villages host a Weihnachtsmärkte (Christmas Market). These markets are full of treats, festive lights, cozy gathering spaces and cultural highlights. Christmas markets offer a unique setting and lure patrons in with great food and classic drinks. My family loves visiting them!!
This year we decided to begin a LEGO Christmas village with Creator Winter Village (10249) and Santa’s Workshop (10245). I built the European Christmas Market set to complement the store-bought sets and to capture the European holiday experience. You won’t find a LEGO set this unique in stores unless you help get this to 10,000 supporters!
The set includes:
- Hot Spiced Drink Booth with traditional clay drinking mugs; well, the LEGO version.
- Bratwurst Booth with the “Brat” worker.
- Two market tables
- Six mini-figures (Two booth workers and 4 patrons).
