This is the Planetary Exploration Land Vehicle or PELV. This truck is designed to explore strange new planets.
It is a sophisticated land vehicle with off-road capability. It has a communications antenna, a cannon for self-defense purposes. It can accommodate four passengers: an officer and three soldiers. Also has a cargo bay, which is accessed through the rear of the vehicle.
