This is a garbage truck from space, with two engines on the side that get powered from heated trash. How it gets junk from space is, if you noticed on the back, he has a shovel and a broom to pick the trash up and it has a license in the back with two rear lights and an emergency steering wheel. The two orange and yellow pieces in the back are the engines if the truck doesn't get enough heated trash.
