The Event Bus is a diversely functional vehicle designed using a mixture of classic and modern Lego pieces and techniques. With double decked open-topped seating, the passengers are able to see the sights or participate in celebratory parades and events. Also included is a section for mounting flags and banners that can be be designed to suit the wishes of the individual builder. i.e. country, city or local sports team.
The five year-old designer chose this project to explore alternative building techniques, improvise, and as a way to replicate design details seen in vehicles from a bygone era.
The Event Bus would be a great addition to any Lego City collection as it adds a sense of fun, celebration and nostalgia for both the builder and citizens of Lego city. The scale of the build means that it is accessible to younger Lego builders and Lego veterans alike.
