The modular building is in need of a modern office, that's why I build one.
I also build it with hinges, this for better playability. Something my kids always miss in the modular buildings thusfar.
I made one in dark tan, with a reception hall, first floor you find a coffeecorner / cantine and second floor the offices, with small offices and even a copymachine.
