Vintage 1900s School Seat

Teachers. Students. Get ready for school! Build this Vintage 1900s School Seat!

Remember going to school? Back in the 1900s these seats were in most classrooms and this is where students would sit, read, take notes, listen to their teachers talk about history, science, mathematics.
School is where I learned about diversity, integrity, strong ethics, and how to play and have fun!

I designed this set with students of all ages in mind, a conversation starter, this set brings people closer together in the sense that learning in our out of a classroom is of strong importance and it reminds us of a time since past.

I hope this project reaches LEGO fans, teachers and students alike. I hope it sparks a feeling of nostalgia, creativity and a want to learn and discover the Lego builder in us all!
This project is a great display set for home or in class, it comes with books in different subjects, a notebook, folding ruler, pencil, and a thermos brand inspired lunch box and an apple core with a worm. Notice the flag elements I used for bookmark tassels!

There's no end to creativity, all of my details are from the 1900s time period. You could sign the desk or put graffiti on it just like we used to mark our seats in school! I decided to give it two tones of color and detailed carvings using many curved tiles to achieve the carved windy swirls look!

Secret- There's some gum stuck under the desk!
-This project contains 1,365 pieces total-

As always, Build on!
