Three of the brightest and youngest race car drivers in the world are brought together and given custom race cars by Dr. Marks to stop the evil Desmond and his minions. Ashton is the first driver and is given "Raven", the fastest of the cars when in Hero Mode. Kyle is the second driver and is given "Eagle Eye", which is capable of flying at tremendous speeds. The third is Jason and he is given "Mantis", a car able to go into and under water!!
