My name is Brickmax, and I am the creator of this LEGO set idea.
This is my newest creation the Dragon 2 capsule Endeavour from SpaceX. I built this vessel in honor of the Crew 2 mission, which launched on April 23rd on its way to the International Space Station, along with four astronauts on top of the Falcon 9 rocket. It is a very special moment for the space idustriy, because it is the first time that humans travel into space in a completely reused and refurbished spacecraft and sets a very important milestone in the history of human spaceflight.
Building the Dragon 2 was a very big challenge because it has almost no edges or sharp corners. I tried to build the Endeavour as detailed and accurate as possible. I am especially proud of the designe of the engines of the Dragon 2 capsule, which I was able to recreate with great detail by various special building techniques. Besides the shape, I tried to incorporate as many functions of the original as possible. My set idea features a detailed interior and the hatch on the top, which protects the airlock to dock safely to the ISS. Despite the small size, I was able to fit two of the four seats, that can be taken out of the capsule, into the spaceship. As a further function the trunk and the capsule can be separated for the re-entry into the atmosphere.
For display the set idea includes a stand and a platform for the minifigures along with an info plate. All together it is definitely an eye-catcher on any shelf and a must have for every space fan and enthusiast.
For the minifigures, I built and recreated the four astronauts (Shane Kimbrough, Akihiko Hoshide, Thomas Pesquet and Megan McArthur) in their spacesuits with many small details. For example, all astronauts have their national flag and names on their left shoulder and the logo of there space agency on there right.

Included in the set idea:
- Dragon 2 capsule with trunk
- Stand for ship and figures with info plate
- All 4 astronauts of the Crew-2 mission
- 747 parts

I think that this set idea would do very well as a real Lego set, because the Dragon 2 is not only a very sleek and elegant spacecraft of the 21st century, but it is also a very inovative and famous spacecraft, that has done great deeds and will do many more in the future and would therefore look very well next to the other space sets form Lego like the ISS or the space shuttle.

If you like my creation, feel free to support it.
I would be very grateful for your support on the project and I wish the crew of the Crew-2 mission good luck on their journey to the stars.
