"Phantom Fighter" is an idea I made up about a ghost kid named Peter Lights. His main enemies are Pariah Dark (who is not in the set), Vilino Vespucci (The winged guy in the set), and Ryan Harker (The prisoner).
The three cells you see in one picture all have toilets in them, and you can put Vilino, Peter, and Ryan in. How this happened, you ask? They got into a fight in New York City and they were arrested.
