This is my second project in a Theme Park series.
This is a Merry-Go-Around ride called The Diamond. This should represent an old Merry-Go-Around, the one which plays organ music and has horses going up and down during the ride.
I have always enjoyed the magic of theme parks and loved all the different rides. Now I have combined this pleasure with my passion of LEGO construction in a project.
I have used micro scale to reduce the number of bricks needed, and to have a greater challenge in the designing process. It is fun to build different rides with just a small amount of bricks.
All the sets are constructed on 16x16 base plates which you can snap together to create a large Theme Park. Up until now I have built bumper cars, race cars, an Octopus ride, and a picnic area with an observation tower. I'm working on a rebuild of my roller coaster to make it easier to build. All the builds will be posted later here on the community.
