Neon Wave Surfer

After making the original Wave Surfer I wanted to make one with more unusual colours so I made it with neon ones.  It follows the colour cycle: neon blue to neon green to neon yellow then neon orange; making a partial neon rainbow.  There are 1x2 bricks in each colour, 1x1 cylinders in neon blue and neon yellow, and 1x1 cones in neon orange.

I wanted the beach to be more unusual as well, so I made it to be clear transparent.  To make it more interesting the 1x2 clear transparent bricks are sideways on making it smooth. 1x2 clear transparent plates and 2 clear transparent headlights make the overall construction possible.  The surfer is from minifigure Series 2.
