This set will depict the scene from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in which Professor Quirrell jinxes Harry's broom. I am currently building a real life model of this set.
A really cool feature of this set is the ability to have Hermione set Snape's robes "on fire" by flicking the fire torpedos. (The top of the tower has been taken off in the picture below)
