This corner independent bookstore fits with other modular buildings. It is built on a 32x32 base plate. There is a coffee shop located on the ground floor. The ground floor also includes the adult section and is lit by a large chandelier (a brick light shines on the chandelier to make it appear to light). The second floor is dedicated to the children’s section. It includes a discovery area, toys as well as books. A restroom is also located on the second floor. The third floor is a small area for employees to relax. The bookstore is topped with a roof top garden. All levels and the roof can be removed as in normal modular buildings.
