De Havilland DHC-2 Beaver

The DHC-2 Beaver is a rather famous plane among the aircraft community and many people who are interested in planes. So after a few scenes in some movies, I decided to build one by my own.

Some Parts of the plane, were really difficult to make, especially the nose (which is inspired of other Lego aircrafts) and the rear section of the plane. But I tried my best to make the Lego version as accurate as possible. Therefore I had chosen a 1:34 scale for the plane, so it is in minifigure scale :) . Like you can see in the pictures, the flaps can pivot up and down. Also the doors can be opened, to allow access to the cockpit and sit a minifig in there. Besides that the rotor can spin free and the landing gear can also be changed to make the waterplane to a regular runway plane.
