Celebrate the Holidays with Coca Cola and Lego!
About the set:
This set contains: 1 Coca-Cola Christmas truck displayed on a road amongst a winter landscape, with a working vintage-style Coca Cola vending machine. And 1 Coca Cola store with an attached 3-floor living-space. The piece count totals 1435 pieces, including 7 minifigures and 1 soundbrick which plays the jingle “Holidays Are Coming” from the iconic Coca Cola Commercials.
The minifigures are two Coca Cola Girls: An unnamed ice skating girl from the 2006 commercial “The Greatest Gift” and Mary Alexander/Miss Mary, the first african-american model for Coca Cola.
Santa Claus: Coca Cola's reimagining of Santa Claus has undoubtedly entered mainstream since they first started using him in their advertisements back in 1931.
A dad and his daughter reunited on Christmas day when he gets the daughter's letter wishing him to come home. From the 2020 Christmas commercial.
A son coming home with gifts for his family. From the commercial “The World Needs More Santas”.
Sprite-Boy. Coca Cola's forgotten mascot, first introduced in 1942.
Why i built this Lego Ideas Set
Since i can remember, iconic and wholesome Coca Cola Holiday Commercials have been televised. Often spreading an important message. From environmental messages through the polar bear commercials to the spreading positivity across our diverce world, perfectly shown in the commercial "The World Needs More Santas". Hence why i believe that the Lego and Coca Cola would be a perfect collab. Me as a fan of both would love to display this piece of iconic history and as a reminder of all the good things the holidays are supposed to remind us about. Giving, Charity, reflection, spending time with the people your close to
and so on.
