Key House - Locke & Key

Hello everyone, I present to you my new project.

I’m so excited because I’ve discovered this American fantasy drama series recently and it became one of my favourite so far: LOCKE & KEY.

This set represents the iconic Key House.

This tv series is based on the comic book series of the same name, and it talks about the Locke family.

The mother Nina and his three children (Bode,Tyler,Kinsey)move to Matheson from Seattle and take residence in Rendell’s (Nina’s murdered husband) family house, KeyHouse.

The children soon discover a number of magical keys throughout the mansion, and it’s the beginning of a series of adventures.

The set is composed of 4895 pieces, including 10 minifigures.

The mansion is structured in three floors.

At the ground floor there are the kitchen and the living room. Up the stairs we arrive at the first floor where we find the bedrooms and a bathroom. Finally in the attic there are another bedroom and the storage room.

Spread all-around the house we find many referencing example of important scenes/objects in the series. For instance the grandfather clock, chain lock, the animal key used to turn Bode and Kinsey into a sparrow and cat, and many others references.

Can you spot all the keys hidden around the house?

In addition in the set are included other three signature elements: The Well house, the Black door and the Locke’s cemetery.

I think this tv series mixed the fantasy world with a beautiful and compelling plot.

In the set there are many interesting building techniques, for sure you will love to build it!
