This modular building houses a gallery on the first floor and an artists’ studio on the second. Out front is a garden from which the gallery is named.
The roof is removable for access to the studio, and the upper floor comes off to get to the gallery; in addition you can swing out part of the back wall.
The gallery has both paintings and sculptures, and in the studio a painter works on a portrait of a model.
Everyone needs art in their lives, including minifigures! So the gallery and studio would make a fine addition to a city collection or stand on its own.
