Today is Dr. Seuss's birthday and Read Across America Day. Of course, for those of you not in America, you can certainly read around the world as well.
Now, I wish we could do what they do in Katroo, but since we can't, why not celebrate with a cake. So here it is, baked by none other than Snookers and Snookers, aka me! Enjoy!
