The Wheel has four colored seats that fit one minifigure each, it does fit short people. The wheel itself has a gear on one end which has a rubber band that go to a gear, which is turned by a 9 volt motor. The Wheel spins nice and slow. The wheel is made mostly out of plates, as opposed to Technic pieces.
It also comes with an operators stand with some controls.
