The Simpsons: Treehouse of Horror

This House is "The Bad Dream House from the first of many Simpsons Halloween Specials. Through the interior and the minifigs i've made references to several of the other Treehouse Of Horror Episodes, both old and new. I decided to make the house with a open dollhouse-design, so i could decrease the piece-count and provide for more playability. The house folds out to two parts:

This set contains 2775 pieces, including 7 minifigs. In addition to 2 brickbuilt characters: Bart The Raven and Kang The Conqueror.

The minifigures are: , Llisa Simpson(Wizard), Marge Simpson(Witch), Maggie Simpson(Red eyes), Ned Flanders(Prince of Darkness), Hugo Simpson,Homer(Narrator), Frank Grimes(Ghost).There's also a small sidebuild of the stage from the Treehouse of Horror openings where you can display your favorit minifigure:)

Both The Simpsons and Lego brought me so much joy in my childhood. Every day after school i watched the two episodes of The Simpsons that ran on tv before dinner time. I even built a brick built Maggie Simpson which stood on my nightstand during my teen years! As a Simpson Fan myself i know how appraised and beloved the Treehouse Of Horror episodes are. And i hope us Simpsons and Lego fans can show this by supporting this set and contributing to bringing this Lego Theme back!

The Simpsons and Lego have a history together with sets, minifigure series and video game cossovers. All appraised by the fans. I hope this Lego Ideas Set have the potential to revive this beloved collaboration.
