The Holiday is one of my favorite holiday movies, and I love watching it again every year. There’s something so special about the story—it’s warm, funny, and full of moments that show how important love, friendship, and finding happiness can be, even when you least expect it.
A Long Time in the Making
I’ve been working on this project for a long time, carefully recreating the iconic Rosehill Cottage with attention to every detail and including some fun Easter eggs for fans to discover! The set features the four main characters—Iris, Amanda, Graham, and Miles—as well as Iris’s adorable dog, to bring the story to life.
Explore the Cottage
The cottage features two floors. On the ground floor, I’ve recreated the living room and kitchen, where most of the action in the cottage takes place. This includes the memorable scene where Amanda first meets Graham, as well as the iconic moment when Iris speaks to Amanda on her laptop to arrange the house swap. Upstairs, you’ll find the cozy bedroom where Amanda stays, complete with blankets and snacks for her ultimate relaxation. There’s also the room with the magical tent where Olivia and Sophie spend their time, adding a touch of whimsy to the cottage. Every room is designed to reflect the warmth and charm of the film, inviting you to step inside and relive these unforgettable moments.
