The idea is to present the endangered animals in a new way through the 3D Lego mosaic. The base plate is 48 x 48 to achive quite good articulation but still have a compact form (one plate).
In addition to raising people awareness by such a mosaic it is also a new type of art which can be used as a picture on the wall.
By presenting endangered animals in this way we could achieve a broader awareness that our unique animals need our help and maybe even achieve a sponsorship of some animal.
