This Lego Ideas build is related to a childrens TV program that began in 1969 called the Clangers which were knitted characters that lived on a moon-like surface.
If you've ever heard the sound of a slide (swanee) whistle, then it would possibly remind you of the sound of the Clangers in conversation.
As this show was reproduced in 2015 it was often watched in our house and so I thought it would be a fun build to try.
I think this would be a fun build to make, especially since with just a little imagination you could change the characters shown into a variety of different styles.
