I recently was reminded of the sets from 1993 that were based from a planet called Ice Planet 2002 and Krysto. I decided to make my own version of one of their ships from the Deep freeze defender. Even though it looks like it is straight from a 1993 lego set, the design is completely mine, no copyrighted material at all.
Although this has a completely different color scheme tan the classic Ice Planet 2002 sets, I believe that if you liked the old ones, we can bring this style back in for a reboot.
Like The Manta, this ship will be making an appearance in my lego space-base
