A much-needed Fashion Shop for the ladies! Modular brownstone building with gargoyles and skylight on the roof. Backside features a furnished terrace with stairs. On the ground floor, you´ll find the Fashion Shop "Chic", featuring clothes racks and shelves, changing room with mirror and cash register. First floor features a fashion designer´s workplace with drawing board, computer, sewing machine and coffeemaker. Second floor features a living room/bedroom with kitchenette and toilet.
