This submission is a model of a modern building scaled to the minifigure size. It includes an office section, coffee house, and several outdoor lounging areas. It also includes a modern low SUV and an ATV for the 6 minifigures contained in the set. One of the minifigures has spray paint and there is removable graffiti spread out among the set.
I believe this would be a great LEGO set because it is attachable to current modular sets and would be a great and unique addition to the rest of your modular collection. It is also easily accessible as shown in the video below and includes a special sliding feature that you might want to see!
