A few years ago, a small wind farm was built in the Forest outside my village and when i went to see the construction site one day, i was amazed by the huge crawler crane.
I have always built from lego parts like construction vehicles but also track vehicles and thus had the opportunity tu unite my favorite themes in one model.
The functions of the crane are operated by three winches. The first winch raises and lowers the main boom. The second winch is designed to control the upper short boom. And the main winch is used to raise and lower the loads to be moved.
