Hey guys,
My third own modular building one is a town house with shops, offices and a penthouse apartment.
Ground Floor
Bike shop with sales room & bicycle repair area, air pumps for bikes.
Kebab store with counter, menu cart and fridge for drinks.
First Floor
Advertising agency office with two workstations, break room with little coffee kitchen for the employees.
Psychotherapist/medical practice with writing desk and typical couch.
Second Floor
Residential apartment of the bike shop owner.
Roof
Terrace with sunbeds and small garden.
Build on a 32x32 plate. Total brick count is 2750.
