This is hot dog man who appears outside many independent fastfood restaurants as he stands out really well! He has friends including chip man & donut man among others! He holds a bottle of mustard in his right arm and ketchup in his other and pretents to squirt one of these on his head!! He is very humourous and everyone who sees him and his friends can't help but smile!!
