THE STORY
It all starts with one party too many, an ended marriage and a father separated from his children.
Tenacity and love trigger a brilliant idea in the head of Daniel, the father.
How can I manage to stay longer with my children? Simple, I dress up as a nanny.
A mask, a wig and an elderly person suit will do the rest.
Being both the dad and the nanny creates very fun and crazy dynamics that sometimes make you jump on the sofa.
The ending is all to be discovered, touching and fun at the same time.
THE IDEAS
The idea comes from the will to build a modular but with a witty aspect, so this film seemed very suitable to me.
It leaves a very strong message.
A father's love for his children and the sacrifice he makes just to spend a few more hours with them.
I think it's great to bring it back to the LEGO world.
I always try to interpret movies brick by brick rebuilding and reliving all the hilarious scenes as the build comes to life.
THE BUILD
The big house that welcomes first Chris's birthday party and then the funny and exciting scenes of Mrs. Doubdtfire.
Colored balloons, farm animals and fiery dinners follow one another in the rooms of the house.
I wanted to represent the most significant moments of the film, such as the cake eaten by the pony in the hall, the discussion in the dining room when the remote control ends up in the aquarium and the rock and roll dance performed by Mrs. Doubtfire.
We all did this scene alone in our house with a vacuum cleaner or a broom, let's face it!
We all became Mrs. Doubtfire for a moment.
