This is the TriDock system. It is a fighter drone that can combine with one of three docks to form three different vehicles.
This particular model, the BJT-01, can combine with one of its three docks to form either a jet, a tank, or a speedboat.
All three vehicle modes feature flick-fire missile launchers.
Having the three vehicle docks makes for long term playability in that you are essentially getting three vehicles in one set that you can switch out on the fly.
In addition, because of the interchangeability, I can also see this as a potential future LEGO theme as well.
