What is it?
A 2350-piece Dome Base. This Space colony consists of two main sections, The Habitat Dome and the Spaceport.
The Habitat Dome is the main structure of the base. It’s composed of a 2-level high building. The upper level is used as the command post and communication station. It also has a common area for meetings.
The lower level of the dome is used as a garage for storing the Space Rover and as the main engineering area. It also has four gates on the sides to attach 4 modular rooms, two of them as resting units, another one as a lab module and the last one as an airlock gate connecting the base with the spaceport.
The Spaceport is used for docking orbital vessels. It has mechanical arms to fix in place the spaceships and for repair tasks. The Port also features closing panels to protect the vehicles and the maintenance crew. It includes a vertical landing spacecraft
Why did you build it?
I was experimenting with new dome designs and this came up. So, I adapt it to the space theme.
