1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda Convertible

The 1970 'Cuda
The 1970 'Cuda was a sport version of the base model E-body Barracuda, which was available as a coupe and a convertible. In 1970, the 'Cuda could be ordered with high performance engines such as the 426 Hemi V8. In the real world, only 5 Hemi 'Cuda convertibles with a Hurst pistol grip 4-speed transmission were built in 1970. These cars came in black, purple, and yellow.

About this model
The model that I have built is supposed to be an example of one of those 5 cars, but I picked my own color combination for the interior and exterior of the car. The colors can always be changed to match with one of the 5 real cars. Every other detail on this model is supposed to be as accurate as possible to the factory style of a real car. I also added the wheels with the dog dish hub caps.

Scale and parts
This model is at a large 1:11 scale. 22 studs wide and 54 studs long. It contains 2347 parts.

Functions
Everything opens; the Shaker hood, doors, and trunk, and even the glove box. There is also a working V8 Lego Technic engine (with crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons and fan belt which also drives the alternator) exactly detailed as a real 426 Hemi, suspension at the rear with a differential, torsion bar suspension at the front, and working steering with the steering wheel.

I hope you like this creation, thanks for viewing! If you want a 1970 Hemi 'Cuda in 1:11 scale to become a set, then please support!
