Height comparison
Here I compare Ultron's height with a standard Marvel Ultrabuild height (Iron man, Captain America, Green Lantern).
I know. Probably in the movie version Ultron is even taller, but I think that with a couple of changes he would reach the right height. 
Playability and posability
In this picture I show two examples of how Ultron can be posed.
I used both versions of Ultron since in my vision this project is supposed to have all the dark blue "vibranium" armor pieces to upgrade Ultron to his Ultimate form. So Ultron Prime is performing a sort of side kick while Ultimate Ultron is posing as his movie counterpart used to do.
