What is it? It is a small house next to a train track. The house has a balcony and various plants around the house.
Why did I build it? I felt like building something from LEGO and I am sorry that there are so few houses that you can process in a LEGO city and if you can find one they are usually very expensive and so I have this for my LEGO city built.
Why do I think this would be a great LEGO set? There are few LEGO sets that you can handle well in a LEGO city and the building is not too big and therefore not too expensive, and it fits well in a LEGO city.
