The fish is roughly 2 feet long and puts it in the range of 'minifig scale'.
Two supports are needed to hold it up to give the appearance of 'swimming'. The fins and legs are fully articulated.
The mouth can also open and close, but the tongue needs to be taken out first.
Here it is with my custom built Bongo submarine for size comparison. The submarine is not a part of this Cuusoo idea (because LEGO has already produced two of these).
Glow-in-the-dark pieces provide a special effect at night.
