Emeralds… the forgotten ore in Minecraft.
When I first had the idea for more ores, I tried to create an entire new block. I worked on this for some time, then realized I didn’t quite have to right pieces to create the same pattern.
This made me a bit disappointed, so I took a break from building and then the idea came to me. I could use the same frame as the redstone! I picked up my model and went to work. After poking around for some green pieces, I had converted my redstone ore to emerald ore.
I decided to take the same poses as the others to make it look like it was from the same design. Finally, I had created emeralds, something that Lego Minecraft has never done before. (I think)
