The "Secret Space Police Base" is ironically not "based" on anything, just plain thought. The Secret Base is on an unknown planet that houses all Space Police members.

The set uses a fairly low amount of peices, and definitely goes for the sci-fi theme. With stairs to the research area, and an in-detailed bottom, it leaves space for lots of imiganitive thoughts.
